How to Screen a Wallet Address

Edited

Address screening lets you manually check any blockchain address for sanctions or risk flags before transacting with it — powered by your configured compliance provider.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Compliance > Overview from the left sidebar

  2. Click Check Address at the top of the page

  3. Enter the wallet address you want to screen

  4. Select the chain the address belongs to

  5. Click Check to run the screening

The result will indicate whether the address is clean or has sanctions or risk flags associated with it. [Screenshot of result]

Viewing all screenings

Navigate to Compliance > Screenings to see a full record of all transaction screenings across your organization. Each entry shows:

  • Address — The blockchain address that was screened

  • Chain — The network the address belongs to

  • Direction — Whether the transaction was inbound or outbound

  • Amount — The transaction value

  • Alert Level — The risk level returned by the screening

  • Status — The current screening outcome

  • Date — When the screening took place

Filtering screenings

Use the Filters panel to narrow your results by:

  • Status — All statuses, Pending, Approved, Flagged, Held, Blocked, or Failed

  • Chain — All chains, or filter by Arbitrum, Bitcoin, Base, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or Tron

  • Direction — All directions, Inbound only, or Outbound only

  • Time — All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days

You can also search directly by address using the search bar at the top of the Screenings page.
