How to Complete KYB Verification
KYB (Know Your Business) verification is required to unlock full platform functionality, including the ability to send, receive, and convert funds. Until KYB is completed, access to Bitnob Business features remains restricted.
To begin, scroll to the Company Settings section on the Bitnob Settings Overview and click View KYB status. This takes you to the KYB & Compliance page.

You see a "Complete KYB" button by the top of your dashboard page.
You'll see a prompt to Start your KYB verification, with a Start Verification section below it to begin the process.
Countries We Cannot Onboard
Due to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions regulations, Bitnob is unable to onboard businesses registered in or operating from the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo (DRC), Cuba, Cyprus, Côte d'Ivoire, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Palestinian Territory, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and the Ukrainian regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.
