Directors, Ownership & The Organogram Rule

For every Director and UBO (anyone owning 10% or more of the business), you'll need to provide:

  • Valid identification: International Passport or Driver's Licence

  • Personal proof of address (see accepted documents below)

If your business is owned by other corporate entities, such as a holding company, you'll also need to provide an organogram: an ownership chart that maps from your business through every intermediate layer to the final individual owners.

Regulated Industries (DNFBP)

Certain industries are classified globally as Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs). If your business falls into one of these categories, you may be required to provide additional anti-money laundering (AML) clearances (such as a SCUML certificate in relevant Regions).

This includes businesses such as:

  • Professional Services: Audit Firms, Tax Consultants, Notaries, and Trust & Company Service Providers.

  • Real Estate & Construction: Real Estate Agents, Estate Developers, Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, and Construction Companies.

  • Luxury & High-Value Trading: Dealers in Jewelry, Precious Metals and Precious Stones, Luxury Goods, and Mechanized Farming Equipment.

  • Automotive Industry: Importers and Dealers in Automobiles, and Car Dealers.

  • Hospitality & Leisure: Hotels, Casinos (land-based and online), Gaming Operators, and Pool Betting/Lottery Operators.

  • Social & Community: NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations), Charities, and Religious Organisations (where applicable).

  • Retail: Supermarkets (large-scale operators).
