How do I reset transaction pin?
How To Create My Transaction pin
Tap “Actions” at the bottom of your app’s homepage
Tap "Settings"
Scroll to Security and tap “Change Pin”
Input transaction pin and confirm
Congratulations! You have successfully changed your transaction pin.
How To Activate Touch/Face ID
Tap “Actions” at the bottom of your app’s homepage
Tap "Settings"
Scroll to Security
Toggle the “Touch/Face ID” button
Congratulations! You have successfully activated Touch/Face ID.
How To Reset My Transaction Pin
Sign in to your Bitnob account
Click More on your Bitnob homepage
Click Settings then click Change pin
Click Reset it beside Forgot transaction pin
A reset code would be sent to your Bitnob email address then click Reset pin
Click create new pin, then click confirm your new pin.
Congratulations. You have successfully created a new transaction pin.

Tap "Settings"
Scroll to Security and tap “Change Password”
Input your current password
Input new password
Confirm new password
Tap “Save Changes”
